Do you know basic first aide in case of injury or medical emergency while out sailing on your boat? Do you know how to call for help? Do you know how to handle the boat while you wait for help and attend to the person who is injured? I bet there are a lot of us in the marina who do not. Stingray Point Marina is offering s Safety-at-Sea Seminar for all slip holders and any others who are interested.

We will be meeting in the Pool House and have expert speakers cover topics such as contacting the Coast Guard, sea sickness, broken bones, dehydration, what to do for a heart attack and other medical emergency situations while at sea. Please plan to attend–it could save a life–maybe yours.
